Services · We stay with you after go-live

Service and support 24/7/365

We take requests around the clock, respond under SLA, manage your systems and renew vendor support — one team from deployment to day-to-day operations.

Challenges we address

  • Critical systems need support at any hour, not just during business hours
  • Hardware and software support contracts are scattered across different suppliers
  • Making changes in production feels risky without a rollback plan
  • Your team lacks the knowledge and documentation for the systems that were deployed

What we do

  1. 24/7/365 technical support

Round-the-clock request intake, SLA-based response, escalation to the vendor.

  2. Vendor support

Renewal and management of hardware and software support contracts.

  3. Managed services

Updates, scheduled maintenance, health monitoring, reporting.

  4. Formal change management

Every change comes with a rollback plan and checkpoints.

  5. On-site engineering

Engineers at the customer’s site throughout deployments and migrations.

  6. Knowledge transfer

    Runbooks, as-built documentation, staff training.

Projects

All projects
Oracle · 24/7 service

Oracle support and managed operations

Challenge
Keep a large customer’s business-critical Oracle databases — about 1 PB of data — running around the clock, with the entire stack owned by a single accountable team.
What we did
We run the entire stack: Oracle software, Exadata, Oracle Database Appliance and the network. We support RAC, Data Guard standby databases and backups; upgrades and system relocations are delivered as separate projects.
Result

One team is accountable for everything; critical databases run 24/7 under strict SLAs.

HCI · Two data centers

Bank HCI platform across two data centers

Challenge
Give core banking systems a platform that survives the loss of a site and scales with the workload.
What we did
We designed and deployed a Nutanix cluster stretched across two geographically separated data centers. We support, expand and tune the platform for the workload of core banking systems.
Result

Disaster-resilient infrastructure that grows with the business.

Questions and answers

Can systems get technical support outside business hours?
Yes, requests are taken around the clock, response follows SLA with escalation to the vendor when needed — support is not limited to business hours.
Whose vendor support do you renew and manage?
We renew and manage hardware and software support contracts for Lenovo, Nutanix, Red Hat, Oracle, Commvault, Fortinet, Juniper Networks, Dell Technologies and HPE Networking.
Can you take over support for systems you did not deploy?
Yes — for example, Oracle support runs as managed operations after deployment, and a bank’s HCI platform across two data centers is run, evolved and tuned for its workload after go-live.
What happens when changes are made in production?
Every change follows formal change management — with a rollback plan and checkpoints — alongside scheduled maintenance, health monitoring and reporting.
Our approach

The full cycle under one roof

  1. Audit and assessment

Inventory, workload analysis, IT and security risk assessment

  2. Design

Architecture, sizing, vendor comparison, procurement specifications

  3. Supply

Hardware and licenses from 35+ vendors, import and logistics

  4. Deployment and migration

Commissioning, zero-downtime data and system migration, acceptance testing

  5. Training

Knowledge transfer to your IT team, courses on databases, security and AI

  6. 24/7/365 support

    SLAs, monitoring, updates, vendor support

One team owns the project from assessment to day-to-day operations — no gaps in accountability between the supplier, the integrator and the service provider.
