Services · From supply to go-live

On-site implementation

We supply hardware and licenses, commission them, migrate data and systems without downtime and hand over the result through acceptance testing. Our engineers work at the customer’s site.

Challenges we address

  • Implementation falls between supplier, integrator and service provider, and responsibility gets lost at the seams
  • Running systems cannot be moved to a new platform by stopping the business
  • New hardware has to be brought into service according to the design and accepted against clear criteria
  • After launch there is no documentation or knowledge to operate the system

What we do

  1. Supply

Hardware and licenses from the vendors in our portfolio, import and logistics.

  2. Installation and commissioning

We bring hardware and software into service in line with the design.

  3. Zero-downtime migration

We move data and systems to the new platform without stopping services.

  4. Acceptance testing

We verify the result and hand it over against agreed criteria.

  5. On-site work

Engineers are at the customer’s site throughout implementation and migrations.

  6. Documentation and training

We hand over as-built documentation and knowledge to the customer’s IT team.

Storage area networks

Non-disruptive SAN fabric modernization

Challenge
Replace end-of-life Brocade directors and switches and move the entire workload to a new storage network without taking services down.
What we did
We built a next-generation FC SAN on two independent A/B fabrics and migrated servers, storage systems and the tape library onto it without downtime. We have delivered projects like this before.
Result

A modern storage network with headroom in bandwidth and port count — and zero service downtime.

HCI · Two data centers

Bank HCI platform across two data centers

Challenge
Give core banking systems a platform that survives the loss of a site and scales with the workload.
What we did
We designed and deployed a Nutanix cluster stretched across two geographically separated data centers. We support, expand and tune the platform for the workload of core banking systems.
Result

Disaster-resilient infrastructure that grows with the business.

Questions and answers

Can systems be migrated without stopping services?
Yes. For example, when a SAN fabric was modernized, servers, storage systems and the tape library were moved to the new storage network without stopping services.
Who is responsible for implementation?
One team is responsible for the project from assessment to operation, with no gaps in responsibility between supplier, integrator and service provider.
What do we get at the end of implementation?
A system in service, the results of acceptance testing, as-built documentation and knowledge transfer to the IT team; support 24/7/365 can follow under our service and support.
Our approach

The full cycle under one roof

  1. Audit and assessment

Inventory, workload analysis, IT and security risk assessment

  2. Design

Architecture, sizing, vendor comparison, procurement specifications

  3. Supply

Hardware and licenses from 35+ vendors, import and logistics

  4. Deployment and migration

Commissioning, zero-downtime data and system migration, acceptance testing

  5. Training

Knowledge transfer to your IT team, courses on databases, security and AI

  6. 24/7/365 support

    SLAs, monitoring, updates, vendor support

One team owns the project from assessment to day-to-day operations — no gaps in accountability between the supplier, the integrator and the service provider.
